Our Promise
Every piece from The Civilis is carefully curated and inspected before leaving our laboratory. We want you to cherish your "fragment of history" with complete confidence.
If Something Isn't Right
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Unworn condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn state, with all laboratory packaging intact.
Quality issues: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately — we'll make it right.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@thecivilis.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our curator will provide you with a local return address (we have facilities in the US and UK to make returns easy and affordable).
3. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on where to ship.
Please Note:
Do not send items back without prior authorization — we need to provide the correct return address for your region.
Bespoke / Custom Orders: Personalized pieces are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
