USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: All prices are all-inclusive. We handle all import duties and taxes on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is the final price—no surprise fees, no secondary invoices, no customs delays.
Singapore: Orders under 400 SGD arrive tax-free. For orders exceeding this amount, our team will manage the GST process to ensure a hassle-free delivery.
Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
To maintain our high service standards and ensure reliable tracking, we currently do not ship to the following remote or military regions:
United States: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Canada: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
Australia: Northern Territory and all External Territories (e.g., Norfolk Island).
United Kingdom: British Forces Post Office (BFPO), Guernsey, Jersey, and Isle of Man.
New Zealand: Chatham Islands and other offshore islands.
Why is my address not supported? If your address falls within these zones, you will be unable to complete the checkout process. This is because our primary logistics partners cannot currently guarantee the stable tracking and timely delivery that The Civilis requires for its patrons.
